K.T. Tunstall must be making a fortune. "Suddenly I See" was used in both Ugly Betty and Six Degrees on the same night, and also scored a promo for Men In Trees, in which her other single, "Black Horse and a Cherry Tree," appeared in the pilot.
I'm sure one or both of these songs have been in other shows, too. But my God, people, make your music supervisors branch out. Props to K.T. for writing montage-friendly songs, though. It reminds me of how every other Snow Patrol song seems written expressly to be used in movie trailers, half of which involve Zach Braff sitting on a porch with his head in his hands.
KT Tunstall is on Hollywood Records, a Disney business, which explains all they "Synergy".

"Suddenly I See" was also used as the song for every female contestant's "eulogy" montage on So You Think You Can Dance! :)

I'm so with you on the Snow Patrol thing. In the UK "Chasing Cars" is played on every damn Grey's Anatomy trailer, and it's getting kind of tedious. See also: Coldplay's "Trouble" a few years ago.

I think ABC bought the rights to the ENTIRE album. I believe it's used in an upcoming "Brothers & Sisters," too.
Yeah. Hi, overkill, what up?

"Suddenly I See" was also used in the EXACT SAME SCENE in The Devil Wears Prada – dowdy girl going to work at Vogue (or Mode or Runway or whatever). I thought that was a little lazy on the part of the producers, but I suppose that Disney thing explains it.

"Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" and "Suddenly I See" were also used on ABC Family's Wildfire. Synergy, woo.
And...I just admitted I watch Wildfire. Oops.
